Job Overview:
We are looking for a Civil Foreman with experience in swimming pool and landscape construction to
lead and oversee project execution. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control, efficiency, and
safety while coordinating workers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise swimming pool and landscape construction projects.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth operations.
Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work meets standards.
Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot construction-related issues and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in swimming pool and landscape projects.
Valid driving license for site visits.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
Experience with concrete work, waterproofing, and drainage systems.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of irrigation and landscaping techniques.
Familiarity with material procurement and inventory management.
