We are hiring an experienced Foreman to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, solid technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing daily site operations while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate masons, plasterers, gypsum installers, tilers, and site workers
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work schedules
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely and quality execution of work
Manage manpower, tools, and materials efficiently
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with site regulations
Report daily progress to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in interior and finishing works (gypsum, plaster, tiling, masonry)
Previous experience as a
Foreman or Site Supervisor
Ability to read and understand
drawings and BOQs
Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
