The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, solid technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing daily site operations while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate masons, plasterers, gypsum installers, tilers, and site workers
Read and understand drawings, specifications, and work schedules
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely, quality execution
Manage manpower, tools, and materials efficiently
Ensure work is carried out safely and according to site regulations
Report daily progress to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
Resolve technical issues and guide site teams
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in interior and finishing works (gypsum, plaster, tiling, masonry)
Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
Ability to read drawings and BOQs
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety and quality standards
UAE experience is must
