Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Foreman
to supervise daily construction site activities in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible formanaging workers, coordinating site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within quality standards
.This role is ideal for professionals with strong
construction supervision, leadership, and site coordination experience
in the UAE construction sector.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
daily construction site activities
Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams Ensure work is completed according toproject drawings, specifications, and schedules
Monitor productivity, material usage, and site progress Enforcehealth & safety regulations and site safety procedures
Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and project managers Report progress, issues, and manpower requirements to management Ensure quality control and adherence toUAE construction standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Foreman / Site Foreman / Construction Supervisor
Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, materials, and site operations
Ability to read and interpretconstruction drawings and plans
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Strong understanding ofHSE standards and site safety compliance
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications
Experience in
UAE or GCC construction projects
Background incivil, MEP, or building construction
Diploma or technical certification in construction-related fields Multilingual communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus)Why Join IIQAF Group
