Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of masons, plasterers, gypsum installers, tilers, and other site workers
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and work schedules
Monitor daily site progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and in line with quality standards
Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently to meet project targets
Inspect site activities to ensure proper execution and strict adherence to safety regulations
Provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, offering guidance and support to site teams
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in interior and finishing works, including gypsum, plaster, tiling, and masonry.
Proven experience as a
Foreman or Site Supervisor
in construction or interior fit-out projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs
Good problem-solving skills and confident decision-making on-site
Sound knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards
