Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff at various client locations.
Perform and oversee minor plumbing and electrical tasks during cleaning and maintenance activities.
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Coordinate daily schedules and material requirements with management.
Train and guide staff to maintain consistent service quality.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields.
Practical knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic issues on-site.
Good communication skills in English.
