Foreman
to join our dynamic team in the
interior fit-out sector
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high-quality fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of fit-out works
Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials on-site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Interpret drawings and specifications to guide construction activities
Report progress, challenges, and site requirements to the Project Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or related construction fields
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
UAE experience preferred
