Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of workers on a job site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with crew members, subcontractors, and management.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in the relevant trade or industry, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction methods, and equipment operation.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
