About the Role:

We are currently hiring a reliable and experienced

Foreman

to oversee daily site operations and ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have

2-4 years of experience in the UAE

and a strong understanding of construction procedures, site supervision, and team coordination. Candidates of

any nationality

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of site laborers, tradesmen, and subcontractors. Ensure daily work is executed as per project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of site workers. Report site progress, delays, and issues to the site engineer or project manager. Ensure materials and tools are available as needed to avoid work stoppages. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers use the appropriate PPE. Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide hands-on guidance when necessary. Maintain site cleanliness and order throughout the project.

Requirements:

High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent.

2-4 years

of proven experience as a

Foreman

in the

UAE

construction industry. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and understand construction drawings is a plus. Must be able to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations on site.
