Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage joinery teams on-site, ensuring productivity and adherence to project plans.
Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain daily reports on work progress, manpower, and materials.
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a skilled and efficient team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role in UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and woodworking techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and safety regulations is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Education:
Diploma or Certificate in Carpentry, Joinery, or relevant technical field.
