Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee daily site activities.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and project progress.
Resolve site issues and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in Civil/Construction field.
5-6 years of UAE experience
in construction, renovation, and fit-out.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and UAE regulations.
Ability to read and implement drawings and instructions.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
