Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of workers.
Report progress and issues from the site to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman in construction.
Ability to manage and motivate workers.
Knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
