We are currently hiring an experienced Foreman with a strong background in interior fit-out works to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing on-site fit-out activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily site activities and interior fit-out works.
-Ensure work is executed according to drawings and project specifications.
-Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion.
-Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety protocols.
-Resolve site issues and report progress to management.
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in interior fit-out.
-Ability to read architectural/MEP drawings.
-Good leadership and site management skills.
-Knowledge of materials and installation methods.
-High school, diploma or technical certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Diploma Civil Engineering.
-Valid UAE/GCC driving license
-Experience with fast-track commercial projects.
