Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site construction activities
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
Ensure work follows drawings and specifications
Enforce health & safety standards
Report progress and issues to site engineer/project manager
Requirements:
5+ years' experience
as a Foreman in building construction
UAE construction experience required
Ability to read drawings and manage teams
Good communication and leadership skills
Diploma or technical certification in Civil/Construction preferred
