Foreman with strong experience to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage daily operations to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate the work of masons, plasterers, gypsum installers, and other site workers
Review and interpret project drawings and specifications
Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed on time and within quality standards
Allocate manpower and materials efficiently
Inspect site activities to ensure safety compliance and proper execution
Report daily updates to project manager or site engineer
Solve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements :
Minimum
3 years of experience
in interior finishing works (gypsum, plaster, tiling, masonry, etc.)
Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs
Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability on-site
Knowledge of health and safety standards
UAE experience is preferred
