Job Summary:

The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of crews on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. This role involves hands-on work, leadership, and clear communication with workers, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers and subcontractors. Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Interpret blueprints, project plans, and job specifications. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers follow company and legal safety regulations. Provide training and guidance to crew members. Inspect work to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Maintain records of labor, materials, and equipment used. Resolve on-site issues or delays efficiently. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in Joinery. Strong knowledge of Wooden products, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Optional Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, trade license). High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience. Hindi, Urdu and English.
