We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Foreman / Team Leader

to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on construction or industrial project sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in their trade, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams to meet deadlines while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of crew members on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to assign work tasks. Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. Enforce safety regulations and ensure the job site complies with health and safety standards. Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain productivity and quality standards. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate operations. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment. Solve problems as they arise on-site and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and site activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader in [construction/trade/industry]. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Skilled in reading blueprints, specifications, and safety guidelines. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Physically capable of performing site duties and handling equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Trade certification or relevant vocational training. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a construction or technical environment. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training. Familiarity with construction management software or digital reporting tools.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, on-site position; may require overtime, weekend, or night shifts depending on project timelines. Work performed outdoors or indoors depending on the nature of the project. Requires standing, lifting, and exposure to construction site environments.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
