We are hiring experienced

Trade Foremen (Civil)

to manage specific civil trades such as masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, or concrete works on our construction sites. Candidates should have a

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering

, or equivalent trade-specific experience, with at least

10 years of relevant work experience

, preferably in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead skilled labor teams in specific civil trades (e.g., masonry, carpentry, formwork) Ensure work is carried out efficiently and in line with project specifications and quality standards Allocate tasks, manage workforce productivity, and monitor daily progress Coordinate with site engineers and general foremen for work planning and sequencing Enforce site safety, discipline, and proper use of tools and equipment Identify and resolve minor technical and worksite issues Maintain work records and assist with reporting to site management

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering

or trade-specific qualification

Minimum 10 years of experience

in civil construction or trade supervision, preferably in the UAE In-depth knowledge of specific construction trades and techniques Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions Strong leadership and team coordination skills
