Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced

Foreman

to lead and supervise on-site operations across our maintenance and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a solid technical background, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines. Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations. Monitor progress and prepare site reports. Ensure tools and machinery are used and maintained correctly.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Foreman or similar supervisory role. Strong background in facility management, civil works, or MEP services. Proven ability to manage teams effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with UAE labor and safety regulations. UAE experience is an advantage.
