What You Bring to the Table:
3+ years of experience in construction or trade leadership
Ability to
read and interpret drawings/plans
(no drafting needed!)
A natural leader with solid
problem-solving and people skills
Proven track record of
getting things DONE
Safety-first mindset (certifications a plus!)
Bonus Points for:
Experience across multiple trades (carpentry, concrete, electrical, etc.)
OSHA or related safety certifications
Bilingual (a big plus on diverse crews)
