Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct daily construction/industrial site activities, ensuring work is completed
on time, within budget, and to quality standards
.
Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and equipment, delegating tasks efficiently.
Enforce strict compliance
with UAE safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with
engineering drawings, specifications, and client requirements
.
Maintain accurate records of
daily reports, manpower, materials, and equipment usage
.
Coordinate with
project managers, engineers, and clients
to provide updates and resolve issues.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance productivity and skills.
Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of tools, machinery, and vehicles.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a
Foreman
(or similar supervisory role) in
construction, industrial, or related fields
.
Strong knowledge of
construction/industrial processes, safety protocols, and UAE regulations
.
Ability to read and interpret
blueprints, schematics, and project plans
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
Arabic
