Edge Integrate Technical Services is looking for a motivated and skilled
Foreman
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of hands-on experience
in managing on-site technical work, supervising workers, and ensuring quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the site team.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Interpret technical drawings and assign tasks to the team accordingly.
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on-site.
Report daily progress and any site issues to the
site supervisor or project manager
.
Maintain discipline and work quality at the site.
Ensure all work is completed as per supervisor's instructions and project specifications.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a site Foreman or similar role.
Good understanding of technical services (MEP, Fit-out, or Civil works).
Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and resolve on-site challenges.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures.
Must be
reporting to and coordinating closely with the site supervisor
.
Preferred Qualifications:
UAE experience is a plus.
Driving license is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of English (reading and writing).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
