Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Fit-Out Foreman

to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out works on-site, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in interior fit-outs, particularly in commercial and/or high-end residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

:
Oversee day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes.

Team Management

:
Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to scope.

Quality Control

:
Ensure work is being carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Progress Monitoring

:
Track and report daily progress, delays, and manpower deployment to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.

Material Management

:
Ensure proper use, storage, and request of materials needed on-site as per project timelines.

Health & Safety

:
Enforce compliance with HSE policies, PPE usage, and safe work practices at all times.

Coordination

:
Liaise with Project Manager, Engineers, and other departments for smooth workflow and conflict resolution.

Problem-Solving

:
Quickly resolve on-site issues related to construction, manpower, or technical discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE/GCC. Technical certification or diploma in Civil/Architecture or relevant trade is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and technical drawings. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and specifications. Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage. Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards. Preferably someone with a drivers license.

Working Conditions

Site-based role with extended hours and weekend work depending on project requirements. Must be physically fit and able to manage on-site activities under pressure.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
