Job Description
Supervise and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment * Schedule and ensures completion of preventative maintenance. Maintains a safe and effective working environment * Oversee staffs that install, inspect, repairs, and maintain building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ancillary civil work, HVAC, safety, and waste management. * Tracks facilities service requests and ensure requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards. * Trains team on policies and procedures. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments . Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner * Ability to work independently both in performing and in identifying appropriate work often with little direct supervision * Understand all Company policies, seek clarification when needed, and support the policies by modeling them and explaining them to all employees * Performs other tasks as assigned by HOD Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
