Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to project plans and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project execution.
Ensure safety compliance on-site and adherence to all project schedules.
Review drawings, material submittals, and ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Manage and mentor junior site staff and labor teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of civil and architectural works related to interiors.
Proven ability to manage large teams on multiple projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
