Al Anaqh Events Planning Company is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently, and support the team to deliver high-quality results that meet our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of site.
Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and following company standards.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality guidelines.
Address on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in Qatar or GCC).
Valid QID and transferable visa are an advantage
