Oversee and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure timely, safe, and quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign tasks to on-site workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Monitor work progress and report to management.
Inspect materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain site records and documentation.
Resolve on-site issues and delays.
Train and guide junior staff.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
OSHA or safety certification preferred.
