Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities, laborers, and subcontractors Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards Interpret construction drawings and specifications; guide teams accordingly Monitor material usage and inventory; report shortages or delays Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks Enforce compliance with UAE labor laws, safety standards, and company policies Maintain site records: attendance, progress reports, incident logs Liaise with engineers, project managers, and safety officers Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns promptly
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision (UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, or structural works depending on project scope Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and municipality requirements Ability to read technical drawings and execute work plans Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
