Job Description
- Job Allocation For Maintenance Crew , Arrange To Attend The Breakdown
- Responsible For Equipment Maintenance & Repairs
- Follow Up With The Maint. Crew For Ongoing Repairing / Servicing Job On The Shop Floor
- Job Card Preparation , To Plan Equipment Servicing
- Ensuring All Equipment Are Regularly Checked By Mechanics
- Spare Part Planning , ISO Documentation , Condition Monitoring
- Validation Performance Of Subordinates
- Authorized To Issue Spare Parts From The Store
- Authorize To Make Material Purchase Request (MPR)
- Authorized To Make Job Order
- To Apply Acquired Skills To The Best Of Your Abilities To Maintain & Upkeep Mobile Equipment’s
- To Work On The Routine Tasks And Breakdown As Required.
- To Work with Personal Safety and The Safety Of Others Being The First Priority.
- Trouble shooting of the Mobile Equipment’s.
- To Maintain The Standards Of Housekeeping Set By The Company.
- Attended To Duties With Diligence And Enthusiasm To Achieve Department Targets.
- Overhauling Of Engine, Hydraulic, Control Valve and Transmission Etc.
- To Attend Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance As Per Departmental Pm Plan
- To Observe The Equipment In The Area Of Maintenance, Report And Take Corrective Actions In Communication With Superior.
- To Understand And Follow The Organizational HS&E Policies.
- To Follow Safety Instructions Related To Their Jobs.
- To Report Damaged PPE, Unsafe Machines Or Equipment To Concerned Staff.
- To Keep The Provided PPEs In Good, Workable Conditions.
- To Avoid Any Horseplay And Abuse Of Safety Devices, Equipment And Welfare Facilities.
- To Report Any Accidents, Near Misses Or Hazardous Conditions To Concerned Responsible.
- To Attend Safety Trainings Planned For Them.
- Having A Right To Say “No” To Any Unsafe Work
- Also responsible to support/help for other mechanical/Electrical jobs ,
- Miscellaneous Jobs, Housekeeping / Cleaning as per shift requirement.
- Experience on all type of Heavy Mobile Equipment’s Service, maintenance & repairing jobs (Mechanical & hydraulic system) Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Heavy Mobile Equipment’s Servicing & maintenance, Computer knowledge, Language, Communication Skills, Leadership Quality, Job Knowledge Diploma In Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
