Qualifications:
High school diploma or technical certification (additional training in construction or manufacturing is a plus).
3-5 years of proven experience
as a Foreman or in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and operational procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
