Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Report daily progress and issues to the site/project engineer or manager.
Monitor usage of materials and equipment to minimize waste and delays.
Assist in resolving on-site issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure that workers are following all HSE regulations and using proper PPE.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a
Construction Foreman
(adjust based on your needs).
Proven experience in supervising construction activities (civil, structural, or finishing).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, tools, and techniques.
Leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions on site.
Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site environments.
Preferred:
Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure , villas , high rise projects.
Ability to read technical drawings and communicate instructions clearly.
Multilingual e.g., English + Arabic/Hindi/Urdu).
