Job Description

Manage communications between all parties involved where appropriate.

Day to day management of the Site

Supervising and Monitoring the labors and sub-contractors

Ensure Site complies with guidelines of the health, safety, and security

Quality control of Work done at Site

Prepare Project schedule

Act as the main technical advisor on site to solve any issues that may occur

Monitor quantity, quality, and control materials release from suppliers

Keep updated records of Site surveys

Should have handled MEP, Civil, Joinery and Interior FF projects with hind end villas or high raise buildings

Supervise and lead site labor and subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.

Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to workers to meet project deadlines.

Monitor site progress and report issues or delays to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Ensure safety procedures are followed and that workers use proper PPE and equipment.

Read and interpret drawings and coordinate with site engineers to clarify design details.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Maintain tools, materials, and equipment inventory on site.

Train and guide workers on proper construction techniques and safety practices.

Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, ensuring minimal wastage.

Maintain site discipline and enforce company policies among workers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

At least 10+ years of working experience in UAE in the same field

Excellent communication in English (Verbal / Written)

Familiar with relative raw materials
