Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while minimizing waste.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
Provide leadership and supervision to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
