Construction Foreman (IMMEDIATE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Construction Foreman

to oversee daily site operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on construction experience, and a commitment to maintaining a productive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities and labor force Delegate tasks and monitor progress against project timelines Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and site managers Maintain daily work logs and progress reports Manage site materials, tools, and equipment Train and mentor junior staff and workers

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of construction standards and safety protocols in the country Ability to lead diverse teams and resolve site issues efficiently Proficiency in reading drawings and using basic site tools Good communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
