Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Allocate resources and materials to meet project schedules.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
Train and mentor team members to develop their skills.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, incidents, and materials.
Communicate regularly with the Project Manager or Superintendent regarding site progress and challenges.
Solve on-site problems quickly and effectively to minimize project delays.
Enforce company policies and site rules.
Atleast 10 years experience
Willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi
