Roles and Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis: You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall objectives. Budgeting and Forecasting: As the CFO, you would be responsible for preparing the annual budget and forecasting the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial performance. You would also monitor actual performance against budget and provide insights to management on potential areas for improvement.

Cash Management: You will be responsible for managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s cash flow and ensuring that there is adequate funding available to meet operational and strategic objectives. This would involve working closely with other departments to forecast cash needs and managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Financial Reporting: You would be responsible for preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and the board of directors. This would include income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics.
