.Oversees operation and maintenance of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring safe and uninterrupted services. .Supervises technicians and vendors, manages PPM schedules, and controls breakdowns. .Ensures compliance with FM, HSE, fire, gas safety, and hygiene standards. .Diploma/Degree with 5-8 years' experience (minimum 2 years in a supervisory role) .Hotel or FM experience preferred. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FACILITY MANAGEMENT FIELD.
