We are seeking a skilled
Footwear Cobbler
to join our team, specializing in repairing, restoring, and customizing footwear. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with various types of shoes, materials, and repair techniques to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Repair and restore footwear, including stitching, sole replacement, heel fixing, and polishing. Assess shoes for damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions. Operate hand tools for cutting, stitching, and finishing. Clean, polish, and waterproof shoes as part of the finishing process. Manage inventory of materials and tools. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure timely completion of repairs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a footwear cobbler or in a similar role. Knowledge of leather types, adhesives, and stitching techniques. Ability to use hand tools. Attention to detail and craftsmanship. Good communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and dexterity.
Preferred:
Experience with luxury or branded footwear. Knowledge of shoe customization and restoration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,050.00 per month
