qualified and passionate Football Coach
to train and develop players across different age groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality training sessions, improving technical and tactical skills, and motivating players to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct structured football training sessions Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills Prepare teams for matches, leagues, and tournaments Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure player safety and follow academy policies Maintain discipline and promote sportsmanship Communicate effectively with academy management and parents when required
Requirements
Proven experience as a football coach (academy or club level) Coaching certification (AFC / UEFA / FA or equivalent preferred) Strong knowledge of modern football training methods Ability to coach children and/or youth players Good communication and leadership skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic First Aid & Safeguarding certification is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
