FULL-TIME FOOTBALL COACH - SHARJAH BASED
Prosports Services LLC is looking to welcome a full-time qualified football coach to our expanding team in Sharjah. If you're passionate about youth football development and looking for a long-term, professional coaching career -- this is your opportunity.
Start Date: ImmediateSchedule: 6 days/week (including matchdays)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and structured football sessions for kids aged 4 to 17 years.
Plan and execute lessons based on player levels and long-term development goals.
Attend technical meetings, performance reviews, and coach development sessions.
Support weekend matches, tournaments, and Prosports events.Maintain excellent communication and relationships with parents, players, and fellow staff.
Track and report on player progress across each term.
Requirements:
Residing in or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
Minimum 2-3 years experience coaching in clubs, academies, or schools.
UEFA License or equivalent strongly preferred.
Excellent spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
Passion for youth development and team collaboration.
Committed, professional, and performance-driven.
