Football Analyst

You are

able to deliver specialized football performance analysis services, supporting the development and monitoring of Aspire Academy football players. This role involves capturing, editing, and reporting match and player data, maintaining performance databases, producing intelligence reports, and integrating analysis into individualized player development plans.

You will

play a vital role in daily training and match analysis, talent identification support, and innovation in performance monitoring, ensuring all activities align with Aspire's high-performance standards and long-term athlete development models.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture, edit, and report on football performance parameters to support individualized development plans. Provide high-quality team and player analysis across training, matches, and tournaments. Create, maintain, and update player performance databases, covering technical, tactical, physical, and statistical data. Produce highlight clips for internal use and Aspire's media platforms as directed. Conduct regular performance review meetings with coaching staff to enhance player development. Provide intelligence reports to support Aspire's collaborations with Clubs and National Teams in Qatar. Benchmark player performance data against QFA, QSL, and international standards. Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in scouting, talent identification, video, and analytics software

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Science, Data Analytics, Football Coaching). 3-5 years of related experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a similar position. Technical expertise in football technology, player evaluation, talent identification, and report writing. Strong proficiency in video analysis software and data management platforms. Excellent English communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in working collaboratively with coaches and multidisciplinary teams. Passion for youth development and talent nurturing within an elite environment. Ability to work across office, field, gym, and training camp environments
