Position Summary.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Food Server to oversee, enhance and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The Food Server will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Food Server is to participate together to ensure the proper preparation, construction and delivery of food items while upholding companies' standard of service, quality and cleanliness.

-Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and guide them, if necessary, to where they should sit or stand to place an order

- Answer any questions customers may have about ingredients, portion sizes, and how the food is prepared

-Take customer orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested

-Operate cash registers to process cash and credit card payments for orders

-Promote restaurant products by offering to upgrade items or showcasing daily specials available

-Prepare and package food quickly and consistently according to company standards for presentation, cooking times, and assembly

-Strictly adhere to current sanitation and food safety regulations at all times

-Assume responsibility for quality of the products that is served.

-Handle multiple orders in a timely manner.

-Handle, store and rotate products properly.

- Flexible approach towards company is expected.

-Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store-in-Charge or Supervisor.
