Food Server / Waiter
Job Description
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, beverages, and specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address additional

Handle payments (cash, card, or digital) and issue receipts.
Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and colleagues to ensure smooth service.
Upsell menu items, promotions, or add-ons to maximize sales.
Manage guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
Follow opening, closing, and side-work procedures as directed by supervisors.
Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.
