Mado Restaurant in Sharjah is seeking a motivated and energetic
Food Runner
to support our front-of-house team in ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests. The Food Runner plays a key role in delivering food from the kitchen to the tables promptly, ensuring that each dish reaches guests in perfect condition.Key Responsibilities:
Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables in a professional and efficient manner. Ensure all dishes are presented correctly according to order and restaurant standards. Assist waitstaff by checking table numbers, coordinating delivery timing, and responding to guest needs. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy and timely service. Assist with clearing tables and resetting them as needed during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen pass area and service stations. Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines as per UAE and Mado Restaurant standards. Support other service team members as needed to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
