Position: Food Runner

Responsibilities:

Order Accuracy and Timely Delivery:

Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food orders to the correct tables. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.

Communication with the Kitchen:

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of orders. Relay customer feedback to the kitchen and address any concerns.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized. Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to maintain a smooth flow of service. Assist in various tasks to support overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Food Runner is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
