Job Summary:

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables quickly and accurately. Working closely with servers and kitchen staff, the Food Runner ensures a smooth and efficient dining experience by maintaining excellent customer service, presentation standards, and timely food delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate table in a timely manner. Ensure food presentation and temperature meet quality standards before serving. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests and relay special instructions to the kitchen or waitstaff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area and dining space. Handle and transport dishes, silverware, and glassware carefully. Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with restocking service stations and supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina - must be able to stand and walk for long periods, and carry trays of food. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Requirements:

Must have Valid QID Must Have Valid Food Handle Certificate Contract under Secondment basis minimum 6months.
