to ensure the timely and immaculate delivery of all food and beverage items from the kitchen and bar to our guests' tables. Located in a high-profile area of Riyadh, our cafe demands the highest standards of service. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of operations and ensuring that every dish meets our strict quality and presentation criteria before reaching the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Check every outgoing dish/beverage for accuracy, correct temperature, proper portioning, and pristine presentation before running it to the service floor. Work closely with the kitchen team, chefs, and service staff to prioritize orders and maintain a smooth, rapid workflow during peak business hours. Deliver food and drinks immediately upon completion to the correct table and guest, a Proactively assist the Waiters by carrying heavier trays, pre-bussing tables, and ensuring all necessary condiments or utensils are delivered with the food. Act as the essential communication link between the Back-of-House (BOH) and the Front-of-House (FOH), relaying any special guest requests or kitchen delays effectively. Assist with resetting tables quickly and accurately following established luxury service standards and clearing dirty dishes and glassware from the dining area. Ensure all service stations (e.g., side stations, cutlery drawers) are fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift. Maintain physical agility and stamina to be on feet for extended periods, carrying heavy trays safely and navigating the dining room swiftly. Adhere strictly to all food handling, safety, and hygiene standards as mandated by local Riyadh regulations and cafe policy. Ensure all service equipment, trays, trolleys, and dishware are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage and maintain a pristine inventory.

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a Food Runner, Busser, or similar support role in a high-volume or upscale dining environment. Demonstrated ability to safely carry large and heavy serving trays consistently and comfortably. Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively with the kitchen team and FOH staff; basic Arabic is a plus. Strong work ethic characterized by high energy, reliability, punctuality, and a professional, clean-cut appearance. Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and possess the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
