Conduct market research to stay up to date on current food trends and identify new product opportunities. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and develop new products. Suggest packaging options for newly developed products. Ensure the \xe2\x80\x9chow to make instructions guide are up to date for all products\xe2\x80\x9d. Communicate full information for all changes appropriately as required. Work with the operations team to ensure that new products are cost-effective, can be produced efficiently, and meet food safety and quality standards. Conduct taste tests and collect feedback to refine recipes and improve product quality. Maintain accurate records of recipe development, testing, and production processes. Support the marketing team by providing product information and insights. Qualification Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in food science, Culinary Arts, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in recipe development, preferably in the food retail or restaurant industry in Qatar Strong knowledge of food ingredients, flavor profiles, and food safety regulations Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
