Job Title:

Delivery Boy

Job Purpose:

To ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of food and other items to customers, maintaining a high standard of customer service and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely deliver orders to customers within the assigned time frame. Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collect payments when required and hand over to the accounts team as per company policy. Maintain a clean and well-kept delivery vehicle at all times. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Assist in loading and unloading items for delivery. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries in a professional manner. Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor. Support other operational tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Valid Qatar Driving License

(mandatory). Proven experience as a delivery driver (preferably in F&B or logistics). Familiarity with Qatar roads and traffic rules. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage). Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Education & Experience:

Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in delivery or similar role.
