Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food products and materials to support retail stores and cafe operations across MENA
• Plan and deliver net margin targets while managing wastage, markdowns, and stock risk
• Collaborate with UK category and supply teams to align range strategy, quality standards, and sustainability goals
• Manage category performance through sales analysis, forecasting, and range optimization
• Support store layout, assortment planning, and product availability to maximize market share
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and store teams to ensure timely stock flow
• Use commercial insights to recommend pricing, promotions, and range improvements

Ideal Profile

• Experience in food buying, category management, or retail procurement
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a focus on margin and stock control
• Understanding of food retail operations and multi-market sourcing
• Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams
• Strong planning, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities
